If you can not open iTunes links from the Opera Web Browser, and get a message stating that there is "No Registered Application Associated to The Extension" Try this fix.

• Goto Menue Item...Tools --> Preferences --> Programs
• Click "Edit" on Protocol entery "itms"
• Click "Open With Other Application"
• Input iTunes address (Example: C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe)
• In the field for Parameter input: /url
• Click "OK"

• Now Goto Menue Item...Tools --> Preferences --> Downloads
• Put a check in the box labeled "Hide file types opened with Opera"
• Click "edit" on MIME type entry "application/itunes-plugin"
• Click "Open With Other Application"
• Input iTunes address (Example: C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe)
• Put a check in the box labeled "Pass address drectly to application"
• Click "OK"
